Tyska Församlingen värnar om din integritet. Du ska kunna känna dig trygg när du anförtror oss dina personuppgifter. Därför har vi upprättat den här informationen. Den utgår från gällande dataskyddslagstiftning och förtydligar för dig hur vi jobbar för att ta tillvara dina rättigheter och din integritet. Syftet med den här informationen är att du ska få veta hur och varför vi behandlar dina personuppgifter, vad vi använder dem till, vilka som får ta del av dem och under vilka förutsättningar samt hur du kan ta tillvara dina rättigheter.

1. Församlingen är personuppgiftsansvarig

          Tyska evangeliska församlingen i Malmö och i Södra Sverige, registrerad trossamfund, orgnr. 252004‑7073, Marietorps allé 23,  S‑217 74  MALMÖ ansvarar för de personuppgifter som behandlas om dig och är därför personuppgiftsansvarig.

2. Vilka uppgifter samlar vi in om dig och varför?

          Vi får inte tillgång dina personuppgifter på annat sätt än att du själv meddelar dem till oss. Vi samlar inte in adresser eller andra personuppgifter från andra källor än dig själv.
          Vi samlar in dina personuppgifter för att informera dig om församlingens utbud via brev, församlingsbrevet och mailutskick, och om du väljer att bli medlem hos oss, för att förvalta ditt medlemskap och eventuella uppdrag du har i församlingen. Behandlingen sker med stöd av ditt samtycke och för att kunna uppfylla vår medlemsrelation.
          För att kunna förvalta ditt medlemskap behöver vi information om förnamn, efternamn, e‑postadress, adress och andra kontaktuppgifter, dop och konfession (eftersom endast kristet döpta kan vara medlemmar i församlingen och vissa rättigheter är förbehållna evangeliska/protestantiska medlemmar), namn och ålder på eventuella barn.
          Vi strävar efter att behandla så få personuppgifter som möjligt. Det innebär att vi inte samlar in fler personuppgifter än nödvändigt för att uppfylla de ovannämnda syften.

3. Hur skyddar vi dina personuppgifter?

          Integritet och säkerhet är viktig för oss. Därför har vi vidtagit lämpliga tekniska, organisatoriska och administrativa säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda dina personuppgifter från obehörig åtkomst och annan otillåten behandling.

4. Vilka lämnar vi ut dina uppgifter till?

Vi lämnar aldrig ut dina personuppgifter till andra företag eller verksamheter för marknadsföringsändamål / reklam.
När det krävs enligt lag kan vi behöva lämna ut dina uppgifter till myndigheter och andra organisationer. Ett exempel är att vi informerar EKD när vi har utställt ett intyg om gåvor till dig som kan användas för skattereduktion i Tyskland (Spendenbescheinigung). Vi kan också behöva lämna ut dina uppgifter om det är nödvändigt för att utöva, fastställa eller bevaka våra rättsliga anspråk.

Important Note regarding data processing in connection with Google Analytics™

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. The interests of the users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.

Google LLC. offers a guarantee to maintain an adequate level of data protection on the basis of European standard contractual clauses. The data sent and linked to the Google Analytics cookies, e.g. user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is carried out automatically, once a month.

The website visitor may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser.
